Meridian CentreBarenaked Ladies are a popular Canadian rock band that hit it big in the U.S. with their 1998 Billboard Hot 100 No.1 hit single “One Week.” With their eclectic blend of witty lyrics, pop harmonies and melodic folk, the band was already charting in Canada in 1992 with singles like “Be My Yoko Ono,” “If I Had $1000000” and “Brian Wilson.” Barenaked Ladies would go on to sell 15 million albums worldwide and pen the iconic theme song for award-winning television sitcom The Big Bang Theory. Since 2012, the Canadian rockers have toured their Last Summer on Earth tour and were inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame in 2018.
